Mr. Hoque has decades of experience in the NGO sector. Beginning his journey in the 80’s, he served in the Development Program Management at BRAC, Bangladesh working directly with the grassroots people. Mr. Hoque’s tenure at BRAC saw him operate as the Country Representative of BRAC International in Afghanistan, where he led the program supported by UNICEF, CIDA, USAID, World Bank, EU, UNDP, WFP, and various Ministries of the Afghan Government.
Later he served as the Program Head of Integrated Development Program at BRAC. Mr. Hoque subsequently joined SAJIDA Foundation where he serves as the Senior Advisor of Development programs , overseeing the development programs and projects including primary health, WASH, education, urban development program, humanitarian response and livelihood development.
