SAJIDA’s Microfinance program inaugurates Customer Service Points

During September, SAJIDA’s Microfinance program inaugurated eight new Customer Service Points to provide more efficient, accessible services to its beneficiaries, as well as increase their customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Points inaugurated included 4 in Pabna, 3 in Comilla, and 1 in Dhaka West, and is another step towards providing quality and accessible service to our beneficiaries.

The Microfinance Program offers a diverse range of loan and savings products, customized to meet the needs of a population that cannot readily access formal financial services. Our collateral-free microcredit, microenterprise and savings products are integrated with special benefits and other development programs to create opportunities for millions of people through 227 branches across 22 districts of Bangladesh.
