SAJIDA Foundation attended day-long symposium titled – “Conference 2018: Bangladesh and Agenda 2030 – Aspirations of the Youth”, organized by The Citizen’s Platform for SDGs on October 14, 2018 at the Krishibid Institution Bangladesh in Dhaka. It was aimed to make the youth aware about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their role in implementing the goals to ensure balanced development. Dr Debapriya Bhattacharya, Convenor of the Platform and Distinguished Fellow of Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) said “When we discuss the success of the young generation, we need to remember that we are yet to make best use of their contribution to our country. If not, it is a huge wastage of national resources.”
