Return and Refund Policy
SAJIDA Foundation is introducing a return and refund policy of donation in this era of digital payment. We at SAJIDA Foundation understand that our donors may change their mind or make an error despite due diligence.
Refund and return shall be made using the same method of payment which was used to make the donation. If the donation was made using a credit card, online banking or cheque then the refund and return shall be made using the same portal.
The request for a refund and return of the donation must contain the following information:
(i) The reason for the refund and return of the donation, e.g. the donation was made erroneously or unwillingly.
(ii) The amount of the donation and the date on which the donation was made.
(iii) If the donation has been made through a credit card, then the last 4 digits (ex- xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-5465) of the credit card.
(iv) If the donation has been made through a cheque, then the last 4 digits (ex- xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-5465) of the cheque.
In case of a return and/or refund, donors are required to notify SAJIDA Foundation via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact SAJIDA Foundation at +8802222290513 and/or at +8802222291511 within 3 days of the donation. Upon receiving the refund request, the amount will be transferred back within 10 days of the donation occurred (applicable for local donors only).
