SAJIDA’s management has decided to conduct a research for SAJIDA’s quality health services and hospitals. The study will comprise of:
- Current experiences of SAJIDA Hospital users
- Hospital usage of microfinance borrowers
- Brand perception of SAJIDA Hospital
- Services offered by competitors
The study will be both qualitative and quantitative along with brand analysis, competitive analysis, and business analysis. The findings from the research will be used to set long-term strategies and facilitate decision-making process for SAJIDA’s Health Program.
