To ensure zero tolerance regarding sexual harassment and create better workplace focused on the vision “Health, Happiness and Dignity for All”, SAJIDA Foundation started the second phase orientation on Sexual
Harassment Elimination Policy and Code of Conduct from December 2018. From December 2018, 471 staff were oriented from 14 orientations. Among the participants 392 were male and 79 were female.
From the orientation the participants came to know about unwanted acts, words, gestures which may be physical, verbal or others form will be considered as sexual harassment, complain mechanism process, responsibility of a general staff, supervisor and field focal point.
