A three day long Annual Review Meeting of the Promoting Sustainable Health and Nutrition Opportunities for Marginalized Urban Extreme Poor Population (PROSHOMON) project was held from 18th till 20th December 2018 at the Greentech Resort & Convention Centre, Gazipur to review the activities of the project till date and discuss the future goals and strategy. The participants included the entire team from PROSHOMON that comprised of staff from SAJIDA Foundation & Concern Worldwide. Additionally, the entire PROSHOMON team from EU Health & Nutrition project and staff from BRAC were also present.
The PROSHOMON program aims to implement smart cards for sustainable health and nutritional development to the extreme poor. Under the project, the primary health and nutrition services will be provided to the marginalized population of the urban areas through health care card and other development related activities, including providing training in relevant institutions.
