During March, our Young Professionals (YPs) had different engagement at different programs. Shah Maruf Ehsan Siddiquee and Md. Shahidul Islam Shakil were both assigned to the SAJIDA hospitals working on strategy and research. Hasib Ahmed and S.M. Mohammad Ullah were attached to the Microfinance program, where they shadowed the branch manager and will soon play the role of Assistant Branch manager.
Farjana Jaman has continued her dedicated work with the Fund Management team in the Finance Department and Zarin Tashfi Subah has continued her attachment to the Amrao Manush program. Lastly, as part of the Elder Care team, Tasnim Islam Tushin is working with the training plan and training Modules for the caregivers.
Moreover, during the month of March, all YPs have received extensive training on Microsoft Excel and they have also attended and completed Train the Trainers (TTT) program.
SAJIDA’s Young Professionals Program is designed to provide talented and dynamic youth the opportunity to make a difference through a fast-track career path in the development sector, and they get hands-on training to equip them as future leaders and development practitioners.
